Goldentown - terms and conditions

By subscribing to the Goldentown Mail Club, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership & Subscription

By enrolling in the Club, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription at the rate of £9/£12/month depending on the plan chosen, billed automatically to the payment method on file, starting on the date of your initial signup and continuing on the same date each month thereafter.

2. Billing

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your membership until payment is resolved.

  • Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to the email address on file.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through the Squarespace portal or by emailing us at poornabell@gmail.com

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial-month refunds are issued for the current cycle.

  • There is no minimum commitment period unless otherwise stated at signup. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
    If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

4. Refunds

  • All sales are final once a mailing has been shipped.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • If you have paid for an order you are eligible for a refund if that order is cancelled more than 14 days before the dispatch date. (Usually the 15th of every month.

5. Shipping

  • Mailings are sent to the address provided at signup. It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address up to date.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address information or carrier delays.

7. Content & Contents Disclaimer

Mailings may vary by month and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Club after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Goldentown regarding your Mail Club membership.
