I’ve chaired panels and interviewed countless authors, CEOs, C-suite execs, activists and others about their work for internal and external events including literature festivals, Waterstones, International Women’s Day, World Mental Health Day, book tours including Graham Norton, Dolly Alderton, Deborah Frances-White, and Miriam Margoyles. Most recently I hosted the BME Pros Awards, and I’ve chaired conferences including the NBPA.

Keynote Speaker

I’ve done many keynotes across the areas of redefining ageing, women’s empowerment, mental health and resilience, inspirational storytelling, diversity and inclusion, harnessing the power of sport and creating a positive ageing narrative for the likes of Spotify, Google, Meta, law firms such as Allen & Overy and Bird & Bird, finance firms such as Barclays, Deloitte, E&Y and the Bank of England. I’ve also done keynotes in schools, as well as global conferences such as Women’s Forum and Goalkeepers.

Depending on a company’s KPIs around workplace culture, I’ve pulled together workshops that help target specific groups of people in charge of decision-making to raise awareness around things such as imposter syndrome, overwhelm in the workplace and self-advocacy.
