This is a recurring subscription unless cancelled. Orders are sent on the 15th of every month (may vary by a few days due to circumstances), and final orders are accepted on the 2nd of every month. Post may take up to two weeks as it depends on local service providers and letters are not tracked. If the membership is cancelled before the 5th of the month, a refund can be issued for that month. If it is cancelled after the 5th, the cancellation will apply to the following order 5 weeks later.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs taxes and duties may be applicable especially in the US, and these will be determined by the tax rate of your respective country at the time of customs clearance. These will need to be paid by the customer, not the vendor.

All orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.

Currently there is no shipping to the EU due to legislation that makes it very hard for small businesses to operate. We are so sorry about this!
