This is a recurring subscription unless cancelled. Orders are sent by Royal Mail on the 15th of every month (may vary by a few days due to circumstances), and final orders are accepted on the 2nd of every month. You will receive a notification when your order is sent out but it may take up to two weeks as it depends on local service providers and letters are not tracked. From October 2026 domestic mail will be sent using 2nd class postage. If the membership is cancelled before the 5th of the month, a refund can be issued for that month. If it is cancelled after the 5th, the cancellation will apply to the following order 5 weeks later.
